Lana Choiseul wandered through the burial grounds of Vladislas. It was unusual for her to be in such a place but she didn't really care. She was in human form today, a good thing considering the Vladislas inhabitants were unaware of her true identity though she knew some of theirs.
Out of nowhere a vampire appeared, in his true form, approaching Lana like she was some helpless child "you're far from your feeding grounds vampire" she said, turning to face them and throwing a ball of red hot flames, having a perfect hit, something that was rare for her unless she was under complete threat.
She smiled as the vampire burnt slowly to the ground, nothing left but a pile of ashes. She could sense someone around her as she picked up the ashes, collecting them in a little vile and then placing the vile into the pocket inside her cloak. She turned around suddenly running into the person who had been watching her, who she had sensed.

Durriken had watched the scene from a distance. He wore a deep blue silk vest and a deeper blue silk pants. Around his head there was a long scar like piece of fabric, it was the same color of his vest, with a darker stripe going down the middle, the same color as his pants. He wore no shoes but his skin was deeply tanned from being outside so long. On a rope tied around his waist was an open box of tarot cards.
When he first say the girl, a card rose from the deck and stood in front of him. When he looked at it, he found it to be “The Devil.” He looked at it oddly, surprised to get such a card with a woman that looked so pure. Normally the devil means that a person is more worried about material things then the divine.
Durriken’s eyes widened when he saw the woman throw a fireball at a vampire. It was rare when his cards spoke so clearly. Then, right before she ran into him “Death” inversed rose, but he didn’t get a chance to see it before she ran into him and he fell to the ground.

Lana looked at the person she had knocked down and her eyes wandered over his attire tricksters, theives and tramps were the only words that came to mind, words she had heard on her frequent visits to Mystic Creek.
She looked at the rope around his waist and rolled her eyes "get up gypsy" she hissed at him, standing there with her hands on her hips, rather irritated that he had been there let alone saw her for the truth.
She sparked a fireball, rolling it over her fingers "give me one good reason why I shouldn't decintegrate (sp) you" she said, letting the heat build up but not bothering about it, if there was one thing she could stand it was heat, she was born of the ash of the mountain after all.

Durriken took a small step back to get some space between them. He knew a good card that could help but he doubted he would be able to get it up before she threw the fireball at him. He looked around quickly, trying to see if there was a place to run...seeing none he sighed inwardly. Fidgeting slightly for his cards he spoke.
“I can tell your future. These cards are very special, every fortune I told with them has come true.” he said showing her the deck, as he willed The Emperor to the top of his deck, in case she decided to kill him like the Vampire, he would have slim chance of shielding himself.

Lana laughed "I care not for your gypsy tricks" she hissed, still running the fireball along her fingers. She took aim and threw it at a nearby headstone, shattering it "wow that was easy" she added, laughing again.
She sparked another fireball and took aim at another grave demolishing it as the first, she knew this would get to Durriken as gypsies had a certain respect for their dead.
((sorry bout the short post im outta ideas lol))

((Tis okay, I got one))
Anger flashed in Durrikens eyes when he saw the Demon dishonoring the dead. He took The Emperor from his deck and hid it in his left hand. Then, he took The Queen of Cups, putting it over the other card.
“Stop, now. I will not let you hurt the dead. Stop or I‘ll show you that I got more then just ‘gypsy tricks’ up my sleeves.” he said, raising The Queen of Cups and showing it to the Demon.
He hoped that the Queen would be enough. But just in case, he put the Ten of Cups at the top of the deck. If that couldn’t stop the demon, nothing would. He shuffled from foot to foot, wondering what she would do.

Lana tossed another fireball at one of the graves. She was angering him and nothing would stop the pleasure that it gave her. She had long learned to overthrow the power of the cards, murdering a gypsy a few years back and nothing gave her greater pleasure than annoying them now, scaring them, tormenting them.
She raised an eyebrow threateningly "do your worst" she hissed, flicking a smaller fireball at him, not as hot as the larger ones but they could do significant damage. She leaned against a tree, cradling a vile "Don't want to end up in here do you?" she asked mockingly

Durriken glared at the demon as she destroyed another tombstone. The anger grew in his heart as she deliberately destroyed another tombstone.
“These cards are not just normal cards, they are a gift from both my parents.” he said before he let The Emperor drop from behind the other card. “The Emperor!” he called out as the card grew into a large shield, which the fireball hit with a scorching sound.
On the shield there now was a large scorch mark on the painted steel surface. The scene of a man riding in a chariot being driven by a black and white horse ruined for a time. When the card was undone the shield would be restored to its formal glory.
“And I said, Leave my people alone!” he growled out from behind the shield as he held his second card toward her. “Now your see the power of the suit of Cups, Queen of Cups!” he called out again and this time, from the card, a large blast of water rocketed at the Demon.

Lana rolled her eyes, she knew they had no effect with her, it was not going to scare her no matter what the gypsy did. It wasn't long before he had shielded himself behind one of the cards and the fireball she had thrown left a scorch mark, damaging the shield, but she was sure there would be some way to repair it.
She saw a stream of water coming to her and then lifted her hand, a stream of fire meeting and then heating it. The steam rose from the water stream as the boiling mass flew back towards the gypsy at incredible speeds "it does not scare me gypsy" she hissed at him.

Durriken stared wide eyed and ducked down when she turned the water into steam and sent it back so easily. Then, sighing for himself for having to go this far, removed the nine of each suit and held them up to her. He didn’t really want to resort to destroying anything, not even if that thing was trying to destroy him.
“These are the holy cards in my deck, each will emit a different holy element, water, fire, wind, and earth” he said, showing each card for its element. “I doubt that Holy Water will be stopped as easily. Now leave, I don’t want to hurt, kill, or whatever happens to demons when they are hit with holy water, to you.”
(OOC: I know that I can’t really kill your charrie)

((sorru for my late reply I have been busy))
Lana laughed, harder than she had laughed before, just for a moment but it was an evil laugh none the less. She sat her hands at her sides and then lifted them, a gush of wind like a tornado, surrounding her, blowing her brilliant red hair in all directions. She lifted her hands more, the wind turning to a gush of ashes which she threw at the gypsy, blowing it in his direction.
She looked up, her eyes red, burning, piercing "don't be fooled gypsy" she hissed, her voice deeper and more menacing "I am no mere fire demon, I was born of the ash of the mountain, and I am sure you know what that means" she said, her face darkening slightly and the wind blowing at her in all directions.

Durriken shut his eyes as the pain from the ash in them hit. He staggered to his knees as he rubbed his eyes, trying to get the ash to lessen so he could see. His mind whirred as he tried to figure out what to do past the burning pain in his eyes. What could stop this powerful demon of fire and air? He didn’t know how to stop it, but he could level the playing field. Groaning out, he groped for his deck of cards, focusing on a single card, knowing it would appear. Taking the top card from the deck he called out its name.
“The Moon!” he called out as a inky unseeing darkness emerged from the card, casting the graveyard in an impenetrable blackness.
He moved away from his current position, as quietly as he could. Luckily for him, being barefoot made this very easy. Creeping away, he put his hand on the shied and it returned to its card form. Putting the card in the deck he moved so he wouldn’t be where the demon last saw him.

The light went out and Lana hissed, she did not like to be in the darkness for too long for some reason but then again light made her shiver. After she had let the wind die down the last reminiscence of holy water hit her and she hissed, it was not enough to injure her seriously just enough to burn her skin.
She waited until the light returned and the gypsy was no where to be seen "come here little gypsy" Lana said mockingly, her eyes still as red and piercing as before.

Durriken hid behind some trees breathing deeply as the darkness faded. He had to find a way to gain the upper hand. He looked through the cards, seeing which ones would help most. He felt that he should stick to water since water overcame fire more then earth air. He seperated the suit of cups and the Major Arcana from the deck and put the rest back into his case, to increase his time to cast his cards. He kept one other card with him though, the Three of Swords. He put the Three of Swords in one hand, and The Chariot in the same.
“Combination! Three of Swords, The Chariot, Flight!” he called out as he pointed his open hand at a large tree as it started to float and fly quickly toward the Demon.
The Three of Swords would give him the power of levitation, which is normally very slow. Combining it with The Chariot would speed up the card and let the objects it levitates move much faster.

Lana hissed and fought back, the gypsy had done the stupid thing of revealing where he was hiding, she sprang up the wind of ash again, directing it to his eyes, aware of the few objects coming at her and dodging all but 3 which hit her square in the thighs and just made her more angry that she had been before.
